In 2017, Mr. Yhaska Ginsberg, founder of Avocado Express discovered that Vietnam’s climate is ideal for growing avocados. Since he knew that it’s a special fruit, he sees this as a promising business venture. Currently, Ginsberg’s farm sits on a 10,000-hectare property in Northern Vietnam and has around 50 employees.
Investing
Avocado Express offer managed Hass avocado, imported directly from Israel and managed by hectare. An investor buys one hectare of land, Avocado Express plant it with avocados and do all the work including marketing and selling the produce. All the investor needs to do is pay the yearly maintenance fees and then share the profits with Avocado Express. This can be seen as a long-term and sustainable investment method for the future.
The Green Gold
